Industrial Development Group (IDG) is proud to announce that its e² Alamein Building and Landmark has been nominated for a Golden Trezzini Award in the “Best Implemented Project of Public Building or Facility” category. The structures, designed by Architect and Grids Founder Laila Badawi, is visibly distinct due to their unique design and aesthetic elegance.

The towering white columns have become a true landmark on the new highway, and the administrative building’s modular blocks mimic the ribbed cross section of cacti, with their linear and elevated arrangement cascading shade over the surrounding desert land. Inspired by local flora and fauna, the e² Alamein Building and Landmark successfully became a practical yet aesthetically pleasing architectural work of art.
